(“OPPF”) logos, copyrights and trademarks, that OPPF retains all inherent rights and ownership in the Good and thus they may not be resold or offered for bid on-line or by any other means. Any attempt to do so will result in the forfeiture of the right to possess the Good, automatically empowers OPPF to have the item removed from sell or as an item for bid, and must be immediately surrendered to OPPF.”
